French

Children in Class 2 and 3 are taught French every week by our specialist teacher Madame Wattam. Classes follow a curriculum which develops their speaking, listening and comprehension skills. The emphasis is on fun, interactive tasks which help the children gain confidence in the language and ultimately prepare them for secondary school.

Over the 4 years, the children are introduced to a wide variety of topics covering aspects of life in France and other French speaking countries.
