Whole School Life Permissions Info & Form 

We ask parents to read the relevant information and sign to give agreement/permission for their child to take part in local school visits, use  ICT safely and have photographs taken. This is a 'Whole School Life' agreement/permission, but it can be amended at anytime by writing to the school. Please contact the school if you have any queries.

Volunteer Driving Declaration Form 

This is the form we ask all volunteer drivers to read and sign before transporting children to and from off site events and activities.
